The digital world is seeing the rapid growth in RPA technology as well as RPA career opportunities. RPA is one of the top business opportunities that organizations will come across and automation experts are now joining the RPA movement to help them manage growth, risks, and costs.

RPA enables businesses from all verticals to automate repetitive tasks which helps freeing IT staff up to work on more value-added projects that drive real business value. RPA technology automates repetitive tasks by analyzing user actions using pre-built rulesets, which means users can quickly automate quite complex processes on a low-code platform.

There are not many people who have experience in RPA so it's easy for companies to build teams around RPA with fresh faces that are capable of RPA. RPA is an evolving technology with many exciting new technologies entering the market all the time. RPA developers need to constantly keep up-to-date with technology trends if they are to remain relevant in this competitive market.

AI leads might be also involved in pre-sale activities which include handling RFPs, providing POC to clients, and showing clients working demos.
