Interactive Customer Support page
The Interactive Customer Support page is a new addition to Tangentia.com, on this new page, current customers can instantly create problem tickets that will immediately be viewed by the appropriate department. Customers and administrators can also close tickets after a solution is quickly found. Closed tickets will be stored on the users account for future reference. If you are a current customer and would like use this support service, send an e-mail to Tickets@tangentia.com .
IT Message Board
The new IT Message Board is a place for open discussion, networking, and learning. This new addition to the site is a friendly interface with topics ranging from fields that Tangentia is involved with, to general chat. Please take a look, ask some questions, and chat with some peers who face the same IT tasks and challenges as you in the business world.
